In March 2027, I invite you to join me aboard the Viking Vilhjam for The Danube Waltz, an unforgettable Viking River Cruise through Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, and Germany.

Our journey combines the ease of river cruising with the opportunity to experience some of Europe's most fascinating destinations. Over the course of the trip, we'll explore four countries and enjoy six tours, including visits to UNESCO sites.

River cruising offers a different way to see Europe. There's time to enjoy the scenery from the ship, explore destinations when we arrive in port, experience the local culture, and then return to the comfort of the Viking Vilhjam.

And one of my favorite parts? You only have to unpack once!

So Much Is Already Included

Viking makes it easy to enjoy the journey without worrying about every little detail along the way.

Your cruise includes one excursion per port, all onboard meals, free Wi-Fi, beer, wine and soda with lunch and dinner, and 24-hour specialty coffees, teas and bottled water. Port taxes and fees are also included.

You'll also have opportunities to learn more about the places we're visiting through enrichment lectures and destination performances, making this much more than simply a beautiful cruise.

Cruise-only rates currently start at $4,598 per couple for a Standard Stateroom, subject to availability at the time of reservation. Airfare is available upon request, and additional land options may also be available.
